We are the UK’s leading air conditioning manufacturer and are part of the Modine group of companies based in Wisconsin, USA. Modine has been a global leader in thermal management solutions for nearly 100 years, employing over 8,200 people worldwide.

We have recently returned to our state-of-the-art 23,000 square metres facility in Rawdon, Leeds which is designed around the needs of a 21st century manufacturing business. Together with significant investment in new capital equipment Airedale will enjoy even greater efficiencies in operation. The facility also includes a state-of-the-art research and development (R&D) facility which, with the capacity to test systems of up to 2 Megawatts, it is one of the largest of its kind in northern Europe.

Employee benefits

  • 25 days holiday per annum (increasing to 26 after 7 years)
  • Company pension scheme; 7% company contribution, 1% employee contribution

  • 39 hours per week (8.00 - 4.30 Mon-Thurs, 8.00 - 3.30 Fridays)
