Will you repair any air conditioning system?

Airedale will service, maintain and repair air conditioning systems manufactured by any supplier.

We frequently repair air conditioning systems that we have not manufactured and also take over the maintenance of systems that may have been in-situ for quite some time.

At the first maintenance visit we will assess your current air conditioning system and will make recommendations should any replacements or repairs be necessary.

What areas of the UK do you cover ?

We have well over 50 factory trained engineers covering the whole of the UK.

Airedale provides air conditioning servicing and maintenance cover 24/7/365.

We can also provide faster response times for critical sites (ie: 4hrs).

We have a dedicated emergency telephone number which is given to all our service and maintenance contract holders, to provide 24/7/365 peace of mind.

What about leak testing for F-Gas compliance ?

No need to worry, an Airedale service and maintenance contract will ensure you are compliant, and will also provide you with regular, planned maintenance to improve the performance and efficiency of your equipment.

Our industry-trained engineers are experts in handling, not only Airedale products, but other manufacturers’ equipment too.

Take a look at the changes to F-Gas regulations, or visit the ACRIB legislation overview.

Could I become an Airedale Business Partner/approved distributor in my country?

Airedale has representatives and partners in over 60 countries, and are currently accepting inquiries for new business partners in different territories.

With the way that the market is evolving, its now possible to have more than one business partner per territory as each partner will have its own strengths, within business, within market sectors, financially, technically and from an aftersales point of view.

If your company would like to work with Airedale in your country, get in touch with us via connect@airedale.com.

We would then try to understand from your company profile;
• your history of trading,
• demonstrable financial capability,
• your existing partners,
• that you have a good understanding of the route to market,
• your company's influence with specifiers, designers, end users,
• and your relationships with installers and contractors.

From there we would establish correspondence and ascertain whether its mutually beneficial to work together, followed by a trial period over the course of 3-6 months to see if there are any commercial offers, what the feedback was, etc. and at that point we would probably have a meeting, we would visit your country, visit customers together and see how we can develop more business.
