Engineering and Service Apprenticeships
If you’re a school or college leaver with an interest in engineering, an apprenticeship with Airedale might be the next thing for you. We offer high quality on the job training, paired with day release at an approved college, that will lead to valuable professional qualification on successful completion.
This is a practical route to a qualification, where you can earn whilst you learn and gain qualifications that can set you on an exciting career path. Most of our apprentices who complete their training go on to enjoy a successful career with Airedale.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing apprenticeships involve learning how to manufacture and assemble our air conditioning products. Apprentices are allocated to a specific section of the factory to start with and have the opportunity to move around the factory to understand the different specialisms, before deciding on an area to focus on. As an apprentice you would be given a dedicated mentor to assist you throughout your training.
Service and maintenance
At Airedale we offer 24/7 service and maintenance contracts to our many customers across the whole of the UK. An apprenticeship in this discipline would see you working with one of our most experienced technicians out in the field, along with spending some time at our headquarters in Leeds, whilst learning how to maintain and repair our complex air conditioning systems. As an apprentice you would be given a dedicated mentor to assist you throughout your training.
