Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology Course (February to March 2018)

The course takes place at our Leeds Road facility, LS19 6JY.
This 10 day course combines the following modules and courses:
- Module 1 Basic Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Module 2 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance
- F-Gas (Category 1)
- Essential Electrics & Refrigeration Electrics
- Pipework & Brazing
Training is aimed at providing those new to the industry, or wishing to develop their careers, with an in-depth introduction to air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and installation and commissioning of refrigeration and chilled water-based systems including air balancing.
Students will also receive training to achieve mandatory accreditation in Refrigerant Handling (F-Gas), Essential Electrics & Refrigeration Electrics in addition to Pipework & Brazing.
Certificates and skills cards are awarded on successful completion of each core section of the training.
This 10 day course, run over two weeks, combines classroom theory with relevant practical work and culminates in a number of assessments. Training is carried out at Airedale’s Leeds Training School using Airedale and other manufacturers’ equipment.
